U18 Roster for Portugal Trip Includes Nine College Commits

The Under-18 U.S. Men’s National Team making the 10-day trip to Portugal for the 19th Annual International Juniors Tournament includes nine players who have committed to play college soccer.

U-18 Men’s National Team head coach Javier Perez called in a 20-player for the Portugal trip, which includes matches against Czech Republic on May 21, Portugal on May 23 and Hungary on May 25.

UCLA leads the way among the college commits with two on the roster – defenders John Requejo Jr. and Jalen Markey. The roster also includes commits to Maryland, Virginia, Furman, North Carolina, Michigan, Syracuse and Wake Forest.
