Report: Collin Jouan joining growing list of freshman departures

Commitments

Another day, another report of a highly-ranked recruit who won’t be participating in the college game this fall.

Penn State freshman Collin Jouan will reportedly not be part of the Nittany Lions squad this fall. The DC United Academy alum has reportedly left State College and is receiving interest from professional teams abroad.

If the reports are true, Jouan will join Auston Trusty (North Carolina), Isaiah Young (Wake Forest), Ethan Zubak (New Mexico) and Emmanuel Sabbi (Akron) as highly-ranked recruits from the class of 2016 who have opted out of their college commitments.
