Florida Gulf Coast defender signs homegrown deal with FC Dallas

Four-year Florida Gulf Coast starter Aaron Guillen is the 14th player to sign a homegrown deal with FC Dallas. 

The El Paso, Texas native started 67 games in his career with the Eagles, tallying a goal and four assists. He was named the 2015 Atlantic Sun Conference Defender of the Year.

Guillen gives FC Dallas seven active homegrown players with Moises Hernandez, Victor Ulloa, Coy Craft, Kellyn Acosta, Alex Zendejas and Jesse Gonzalez. He joins past college players Bradlee Baladez (South Carolina), Danny Garcia (North Carolina) and London Woodberry (Maryland) to sign homegrown contracts with the club.
