14 current, future collegians on U.S. U20 roster for Dallas Cup


U.S. U20 head coach Tab Ramos’ 22-man roster for the Dallas Cup includes 14 current and future college soccer players.

Incoming freshman Auston Trusty (North Carolina), Cameron Lindley (North Carolina) and Emmanuel Sabbi (Akron) will join Maryland teammates Sebastian Elney and Eryk Williamson, goalkeepers Jonathan Klinsmann (California) and JT Marcincowski (Georgetown), UCLA midfielder Jackson Yueill, Stanford midfielder Amir Bashti, Duke forward Jeremy Ebobisse and defenders Andrew Lombard (Northeastern), Marcello Borges (Michigan), Miles Robinson (Syracuse) and Aaron Herrera (New Mexico).

The U.S. will take on CF Monterrey Rayados, Fulham and Hoffenheim in group play for the Dallas Cup between March 20-23. It will serve as preparation for the 2017 CONCACAF U20 Championship being held next winter in Nicaragua.
